Historical and Cultural Diversity of Wedding Dress
The formal

In the west,

or priest when they got married, in this way could they have rightful marriage,
so, the bride wore ceremony dress to show the loyalty and pureness for god.

Compared with
the Europe, the wedding dress industry started relatively later in China. At
the beginning of the twentieth century, traditional Chinese wedding dresses
were still long gown Ma Gua and a chaplet and official robes. Chinese wedding
dresses are mainly red from the old time, because red is the lucky color in
tradition, so brides of that time always wore red dresses and phoenix coronet.
In Chinese tradition, bottom drawer was the most important clothes of the
entire life of a girl, and most of the dresses were made from when they were
young, and keep making till they wedding, so this dress carried all the
illusions of the girls.
